June 2010 is in the books and the year is half over. How did the White Oaks real estate market fare in June?

The number of detached and semi-detached homes sold in June fell compared to the previous two months , but overall the 2nd quarter of 2010 compared well to the same quarter of 2008 and 2009 with average prices up slightly.

The volume of condominium sales stayed consistent with April and May with average prices also up slightly.

Free Home EvaluationA word of caution about average prices, one sale price considerably higher or lower than the others can potentially cause the average price to be misrepresentative of the market. If you are thinking of selling you should always get a market evaluation.
