The end of September marks the completion of the third quarter of the year 2010.
Third quarter sales have been consistently lower than the same months last year, yet sale prices have been surprisingly strong. How long can it last?
The trend over the last few months has been of more listings spending more time on the market and fewer sales. Certainly a more relaxed atmosphere for home buyers and at the same time sellers haven’t suffered a decline in their equity. By definition, we are still in a Balanced Market.
